MAKE YOUR MARK

Hiddleston Trade Marks is a new type of trade mark practice, working with a large range of clients in the UK, EU and worldwide.

We aim to provide our trade mark services with a new eye and fresh approach. Hiddleston Trade Marks has over 25 years’ experience in the prosecution and protection of trade marks.  As a firm we are young enough in our approach to be adaptable and flexible to what our clients want, but with the experience to provide you with the advice that you need, when you need it most.

We know that you need a service which adapts to what your business needs; one which reacts quickly and enables you to access advice quickly and cost effectively. That’s why we offer a bespoke range of services from our Gold Package for large multi-national companies to our MarkMaker Plan for SME’s and start-up companies.

We are pleased to announce that Marshall Law has now merged with Hiddleston Trade Marks. Marshall Law and Hiddleston Trade Marks are both trade mark firms based in the Sevenoaks area of Kent acting for multinational clients and clients within the southeast region.

The merger offers an exciting opportunity for Hiddleston Trade Marks to expand its client base and team. Vernon Law, the former principal, of Marshall Law will join our team as a consultant.

The new expanded business will serve the multinational and local clients operating in a large range of fields, including financial, banking, computer software, entertainment, restaurant and retail services, through to paper industries, confectionery, food and bakeries.
