SMALL BUSINESSES

A trade mark is a symbol, word or combination of the two which is used to represent a product.

Your brand and product names can be powerful assets. Registering your trade mark gives you protection in the sense that you’ll have the right to sue anyone who infringes it. It prevents anyone else from offering an identical or similar products or services to yours under an identical or similar trade mark.

Understanding how to protect your ideas can be confusing. It’s crucial to get it right and protect the elements of your business that make your business unique – the elements that compel them to buy from you over your competitor.

Hiddleston Trade Marks believes that registering a trade mark should be accessible for all businesses – it’s just as crucial for small businesses and start-ups as it is large international brands.

For SMEs and start-ups, we offer our MarkMaker Plan to make registering your trade mark easy and accessible.

We offer to SMEs and start-up companies a tailor made service.
